Obter preços de mensagens
Preco por mensagem publicado do Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform para um unico mercado + moeda + categoria. Dado de referencia global - NAO e a cobranca real do tenant. Chame sem parametros para metadados (mercados, moedas, categorias). Envie market + currency + category para o preco flat; adicione tiers=true para os volume tiers. Qualquer API key valida funciona.
