Plan comparison
* Group and newsletter messaging is available only on numbers connected through the unofficial API. ** Meta’s per-conversation charges are billed by Meta and are not included in any Pilot Status plan.
Prices are available in BRL and USD, each billed at its own rate. USD plans: Básico $19/mo · $187/yr, Premium $29/mo · $280/yr, Enterprise $41/mo · $395/yr. Annual billing is discounted (BRL is −20%) and also applies to the extra-number add-on.
Free
One connected number, two team seats — you plus one teammate — and up to 200 messages total, no credit card required. The 200 is a one-time lifetime allowance, not a monthly quota: it does not reset each period, and on the Free plan inbound messages also count toward it. Once you reach 200 you must subscribe to a paid plan (or buy a message package) to keep sending — a plan that later returns to Free does not get a fresh 200. It is a sandbox for integrating the API and firing real webhook events. Media sends work on every plan (within the message quota); Live Chat is a paid-only feature.Básico, Premium, Enterprise
The paid tiers share the full feature set — unlimited messages, media, Live Chat, Meta Cloud API and Coexistence, groups/newsletter on unofficial numbers — and differ in the number cap: 3, 8, and 13 numbers respectively. Enterprise additionally includes an eSIM virtual number provisioned and managed by Pilot Status.Extra numbers add-on
Need more numbers without changing plans? Add extra numbers to any paid plan as a recurring add-on: R$ 29,90/mo per number (annual: R$ 287,04/yr per number, −20%). Buy them from the dashboard or viaPOST /v1/subscription/extra-numbers (preview the cost first with GET /v1/subscription/extra-numbers). Your effective limit is the plan base plus purchased extras. The first charge is prorated for the days left in the cycle; the full monthly price starts at the next one.
Custom and On Demand
- Custom — a plan tailored by the Pilot Status team: per-tenant pricing, numbers granted by the team, unlimited messages. Right for fleets beyond 13 numbers, dedicated SLAs, or special requirements.
- On Demand — no base plan fee and no included numbers: every number is a paid extra, with unlimited messages. Paid capacity is a 30-day entitlement: deleting a number frees its slot to reconnect another number in the same cycle but does not lower your bill; to pay for fewer numbers you schedule a reduction that takes effect at the next cycle. Good when your number count fluctuates and you want pure per-number pricing.
Billing modes
Pilot Status supports two billing modes:- Subscription (card) — a recurring monthly or annual charge on your saved card; Stripe renews it automatically.
- Subscription (Pix) — a Pix payment funds your prepaid wallet and activates the plan from it. Because Pix is one-time, renewal runs on the wallet rail: each cycle is charged from your credit balance, falling back to a saved card if you have one; if neither covers it there is a 2-day grace period and then sends are suspended. Keep the wallet topped up (via Pix or card) to stay active.
- Wallet (prepaid) — top up a prepaid credit wallet and consume from the balance. Create a top-up checkout from the dashboard or via
POST /v1/billing/checkout.

Billing history
The History tab lists every billing event — extra numbers purchased, credit adjustments, checkouts, custom plan links — with amount, source (e.g. Stripe), and timestamp.
